Athletics Lab 

A high-energy, hands-on class where students build strength, coordination, and confidence through fun games, team challenges, and skill-building drills. Perfect for young athletes of all levels to move, play, and grow together!  Teacher: Sergio Calderon

MS Entrepreneurship

Get ready to engage in a hub of creativity, confidence, and real-world innovation. Students will be invited to explore what it means to think like an entrepreneur- combining networking, self-discovery, and hands-on problem-solving into one powerful learning experience. The journey culminates in an exciting final challenge: A Makers Fair! (Just in time for Christmas shopping for friends/family.)

Students don’t just learn about innovation- they live it. Along the way, they’ll explore how meaningful connections fuel success, practice real-world communication skills (yes, even mastering the art of the handshake), and reflect on their own strengths and personalities. They’ll dive into idea development, experiment with prototyping, and build confidence through collaboration and iteration. Teacher: Michelle Francisco

Culinary Arts: Independent Eats

Students will learn how to prepare simple, satisfying meals using minimal equipment like a toaster oven and hot plate—building real-life skills they can use at home, while traveling, or one day in a dorm or apartment. This hands-on class focuses on confidence, creativity, and making everyday meals doable. Teacher: Kristen Rinehart
