*Poetry & Art 6th-12th*

In this creative, hands-on class, students will explore poetry through both writing and visual art. From reading and discussing meaningful poems to creating their own pieces, students will experiment with language, imagery, and artistic expression.

Whether through painting, drawing, or mixed media, students will bring words to life while developing their unique voice and creativity. Open-ended and student-driven, this class is perfect for anyone who enjoys expressing ideas in new and meaningful ways. Teacher: Darci McCoy

*Worship Band 6th-12th*

This dynamic class invites students to step into worship not just as musicians, but as leaders who understand the heart behind what they’re doing. Students will learn practical band basics, how to play and sing together as a unified group, and what it means to live out the message they’re leading on stage. Each class begins with prayer and meaningful conversation around the weekly topic, creating space for both spiritual growth and community. Instruments and vocals are introduced early, giving students hands-on experience from the start.  (The first couple of weeks students will try out different instruments– once an instrument is decided on, an instrument will be required. We will email you some additional information once registration is complete) Teacher: Ben Fransisco

*Improv 6th-12th*

Get ready to think fast, get silly, and build confidence on your feet! This energetic class uses games and creative exercises to teach the basics of improvisation, encouraging quick thinking, collaboration, and fearless self-expression. Teacher: Brian Jones

*Home EC: Life Skills 6th-12th*

Wrinkled shirt? Missing button? Awkward conversation? Not anymore.

In this hands-on class, students learn the real-life skills few teach—but everyone needs. From grocery lists/ budgets, setting a proper table, managing money to handling conflict and communicating with confidence and good etiquette, and so much more—each week focuses on practical skills they can actually use now.
Teacher: Colleen Weisseman
